When a Swinging party states “off premises” it means, any sexual activities are prohibited on the premises during the event. If guest wish to engage in sexual activities they must go else where to seek their pleasure.
Many clubs are off premises because they do not have the license to allow sexual activities. This does not mean that off premises events are not as fun to attend. You never know who you will meet.
